At Good Karma Charity, we believe that everyone should have access to the support and resources they need to live with confidence and independence. As more essential services move online, many seniors face challenges navigating websites, online accounts, and digital platforms. This month, our team had the privilege of helping senior citizens across Toronto overcome these challenges and gain greater confidence using online services.

Throughout the month, our volunteers provided personalized digital support to seniors, helping them access important online resources and complete everyday tasks. Our goal was to make technology easier to understand, reduce frustration, and ensure seniors feel supported in an increasingly digital world.

Helping Seniors Access Essential Online Services

This month, we assisted seniors with a variety of online needs, including:
